Watch a video or two
(2 or 3 minutes each)

The videos show Sotozeo in action.
E.g. finding which invoices sum to a payment amount, identifying open items on a Control/Suspense account, or comparing two lists which are not quite the same.
Run a demo yourself
(1 minute each)

Run one or two of the Demonstrations to see what Sotozeo does in practice.
E.g. Match each receipt to the invoices it covers and Find overall differences between two lists of balances.
For a wow factor try the one using corridors or look at the answer for finding transposition errors.
If you have two screens, you can have the description open on one while you run on the other.

Understand what the different tools do
(1 minute)
The different input options are rather like different types of spanner.
They all do the same thing, but which one is most appropriate depends on the format of your particular data.
If you are visual, the quickest way to understand is to look at the diagrams which show (very simple) alternative output side by side.

Create a free account

Then you will be able to see future results of Demonstrations in your results list.
We ask for only an email address, a name (can be a nickname), and a password.
No payment card is required.

Solve something for real Work out which which tool is closest to something you actually need to do.
You can change the values in a Demonstration, or, if logged in, click directly on one of the buttons below the menu bar above to enter from scratch.
Enter your values.
See the results from Sotozeo.
Clear that reconciliation in your system.

Sizing Indefinitely for free, you can enter lists of up to 60 numbers (in one column or across two), and execute so long as no more than 20 numbers remain after the initial one-to-one matching.
For lists larger than that, see our pricing.
So when you have a list with more than 20 numbers to match, make a PAYG deposit of USD2.
If USD2 lasts you more than a week, top it up with USD2/5/10/20 when you need to; the larger the amount, the less often you have to top up the account.
If you get through USD2 within a week, buy an Annual Subscription for USD96, because it will be cheaper for you.
When you buy an Annual Subscription, we credit your PAYG usage in the previous week, as well as any outstanding PAYG balance, against the Subscription fee.

If you want to see what happens with your whole department, and don't want to have to make multiple small payments, make a PAYG deposit of USD20.
If you use this within a week, then when you buy an Annual Subscription, this will all be credited against the Annual Subscription fee.
There is no risk of spending more than USD20 in a month - once you have used USD20 within 31 days you automatically get a subscription for the rest of the month for no additional charge.

Sharing Add other members of your department to your account.
The only requirement is that they must use the same email domain as you (and not a generic one like gmail.com)
You can have up to 16 users on one account.
You share PAYG credit, and one Subscription covers all 16 people.

Tell other people about Sotozeo - if you send them a referral code, they get 10% off for everything they spend in the first year, and you get 11% of what they spend.
